A fast service is that which has a high volume of business, and where it’s more cost-effective to be fast than to deal with the complexity and expense of processing and transporting it.
I’m a fast service provider?
We are a fast service, but it’s all about the volume, not cost. Most of our services are 100% domestic and international services. You get the fastest prices, so the customer pays less than a typical US internet provider.
Can you run an operation anywhere?
We can operate anytime. It is easy to start, and to scale.
How can I reach you?
You can contact our customer service team on the phone at 1-866-866-2269 or in person at the Customer Service Center at 1-866-866-2269.
Can I cancel my service?
No. Most internet providers offer a 30-day cancellation policy.
What will happen to my Internet Service if you are not available? Do I cancel it?
If you’re not available, and the outage is caused by a natural disaster (like a hurricane or tornado), you can transfer your service to another broadband provider.
My internet connection is very slow, can you give me an upgrade?
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend customers upgrade to faster service without the customer’s consent. We encourage every business to make use of the services they have or plan to have available on an as-needed basis. For your convenience, we may be able to upgrade your service for an additional fee after 30 days. In this case, it’s very important that you contact our Customer Service Manager and arrange to have a new, faster ISP installed on your property. It’s also important to be mindful of your physical location as you should know exactly where you’ll be when the upgrade is complete.
Does Verizon have anything to offer other than fast internet?

Business Unlimited Unlimited service, which offers you up to 500 Mbps download speeds, with a one-year contract.
Home Unlimited Unlimited service, which offers your home the 100Mbps+ fast speeds of a traditional high-speed DSL connection, with a one-year contract.
